This past year, there was a great increase in the number of individuals who benefited from our programs, and we are very pleased with how everything went. The horses represented Reinbows in the Riverfest parade in June and dressed up in their Halloween costumes for the 4th annual Trick-Or-Treat Open House in October. We also hosted our first Fall Festival and Kid’s Rodeo, which we hope to bring back as an annual fundraiser.
As far as numbers go:
–45 youth from St. James, Jackson, Windom and surrounding communities participated in our Self-Esteem, Life-Skills & Self-Management Programs.
–Over 130 elderly lives were enriched by multiple nursing home visits and horse parades.
–500 children from Windom, Jackson, Butterfield & Lakefield Schools attended Reinbows School Seminars.
Thank you all for your continued support, and we are looking forward to serving Windom and the surrounding communities again in 2012. The 2012 program schedule is in the works, so please be sure to check back. If you have any questions or are interested in enrolling your child in a 2012 program, please contact Leah Jones at firstname.lastname@example.org.
